This page says what we collect when you use pricemylot.com, why, who sees it, and how long we keep it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the lot address, your email address, the role you pick, and anything you type in the notes. We also record the time of the request and the network address it came from, which helps us tell real requests from automated ones.

If you browse without sending the form, we collect nothing that identifies you. Site traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

Why we collect it

To count the lot, prepare a written quote, and send it to you. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who sees it

• Price My Lot, to prepare the count and the paperwork.
• The licensed contractor who will issue your quote under their license number and perform the work. They receive the lot address, your contact details, and your notes.
• The services that run the site: Cloudflare, which hosts it and stores requests, and Resend, which delivers the email that carries your request to us.

Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept while the quote is open and for our records afterward. If you would like a request deleted, write to the address below with the email you used and we will remove it.

Photos

If you send photos of the lot, they are used only to read its condition for the quote and are shared with the contractor for the same purpose.
